Directions:
Instructions: 1. For best results, first brush with your regular toothpaste. 2. Remove cover and twist clockwise (initially requires multiple turns) until gel appears. 3. Paint thin layer onto front surfaces of upper teeth and let dry. 4. Repeat for bottom teeth using a fresh bead of gel. 5. Wipe off excess gel from gums and lips. 6. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes afterwards. For Best Results: Pre-brush and use gel twice daily for two weeks. The whitening process starts with the very first application.
